RENEWAL STAGE
Upon grant, the protection of the design will be for 5 years calculated from the Filing Date and is extendable for another two consecutive terms of 5 years

CLIENT CHARTER from the MyIPO
For a straightforward case, it will take between 1 to 2 years from filing to getting Certificate of Registration
There is no provision to expedite the proceeding. However, we will routinely follow up with the MyIPO on outstanding applications with no additional costs.
